At donaufestival an awareness team (recognisable by team badges and neon yellow buttons) is on site and there for you in situations when...

... you feel something is too much for you.
... you don’t want to or can’t intervene yourself.
... you feel uncomfortable for some reason.
... someone is treating you unjustly.
... someone is discriminating against you, e.g. racism or verbal, physical or sexual harassment.

For implementing an awareness team donaufestival was supported by AwA* (pronounced = Awareness Stern), a collective based in Vienna who works actively on awareness topics and education.
